Hi everyone ,
I am looking to apply for GSOC this year under Mediawiki , and among the ideas suggested on the Mediawiki Summer of Code page I would like to work on the idea " Building an extension which would help convert any wiki into a wikimania like website" . I have had some discussion with ^demon(IRC channel ) regarding the functionality that this extension should provide. So bearing those features in mind I have prepared a page [1] stating the details about this extension .
Feel free to add suggestions to that page as it would really help me prepare a good proposal. If you feel some more features that could be implemented as part of this project ,please add them to the wishlist.
