[MediaWiki-l] Permissions - Images directory

I seem my permissions on the /wiki/images directory are 755. Should they
truly be 644?

Directory should be 755 (or 775 or 777 depending on ownership) -- you need
that extra bit for directory read access or things will possibly fail to
enumerate files in there.
