Re: Wikipedia-l Digest, Vol 133, Issue 3

Excepted me, I don't know anyone who speak this language. As regards to me, I'm a native turkish speaker so it's not exceptionally hard for me to learn this language. Right know I'n studying it.
But I never created Wikipedia pages. So can you help me for the creation's procedures ?
