[SF] Version 2.4.2: bug fixes, # of digits can be set for random number

Yaron Koren-2
Hi all,

Version 2.4.2 of Semantic Forms has been released. This version contains
the following changes and fixes:

- Most notably, displaying the free text input caused an error when using
PHP 5.2 - this was a major bug introduced in version 2.4.1, that has now
been fixed, thanks to Stephan Gambke.

- Displaying a warning message if a certain page had more than one form
defined, itself caused an error when using MediaWiki 1.17 - this has been
fixed.

- For the "random number" option for generated page names using the
one-step process, you can now set the number of digits in the number. To
have 6-digit numbers, for instance, you would have something like the
following:

{{{info|page name=Specimen <unique number;random;6>}}}

...and to have the number be zero-padded, so that it's always exactly 6
digits, you would have:

{{{info|page name=Specimen <unique number;random;06>}}}

Thanks to Ilmārs Poikāns for the patch for this feature.

- If one form-definition page redirects to another form-definition page
(e.g., "Form:A" redirects to "Form:B"), then going to
"Special:FormEdit/A/..." now does the right thing - it uses the form
definition from "B", instead of just displaying an error.

- #autoedit now works correctly again when "$wgHtml5 = true" is set in
LocalSettings.php - thanks to Stephan for the fix.

- When the variables $wgReadOnly or $wgReadOnlyFile were used, the form
didn't get disabled, as it should have - this has been fixed.

As always, you can read more about SF, and download the latest version,

Yaron:

The random number system has been much needed for us to randomize patients
to studies rather than having to come with subject ID schemes ourselves.
